Cancellation
Each piece is made to order — produced specifically for you. You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, or any time before production begins (whichever is later). Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or defective items
Every order is checked and packed for safe transit. If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will replace it at no cost, or refund in full — your choice.
Returns
Because items are custom-made to your specification, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
Wrong item or material difference
If what arrives is not what you ordered — wrong design, wrong size, materially different from the listing — we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
