1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of thewallshawl.com and every purchase made through it. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

We sell made-to-order mural wallpaper, printed to your wall measurements. Product imagery is as accurate as screens allow; minor colour variation between screen and print/painting is natural and not a defect. Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you after the order is placed.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout through our authorised payment gateway. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an order is affected, you will be offered the correct price or a full refund.

4. Orders & cancellation

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and a confirmation email is sent. Because items are made to order, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detail.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and methods are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photography, and text on this site are the property of The Wall Shawl and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer reproduction rights.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the proprietor's registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
