What the mural describes.
In the quiet immensity of the deep forest night, an ancient eucalyptus grove awakens to your heightened senses. Pale, circular leaves, each a perfect disc coated in a chalky, waxy bloom, appear suspended in the green-black void. These 'silver dollars' catch the faintest light, reflecting it with a matte, powder-coated quality, unlike any other foliage. Look closer, and the pendulous stems from which they hang reveal themselves, arching gracefully, their paired leaves swaying gently. The soft, papery layers of peeling bark on a nearby trunk gleam in luminous cream-grey, adding texture to the cool, restful palette of deep green-black, cool grey-greens, and subtle cream-greys.
