The Composition

What the mural describes.

Imagine yourself in a room where a magnificent Kashmiri shawl, left carelessly on the floor, has sprouted into a verdant garden. Here, the iconic paisley teardrop, or 'boteh', transforms from a printed motif into a vibrant greenhouse. Each oversized boteh, outlined in traditional red and gold against a rich, dark ground, contains its own miniature tropical ecosystem. Ferns unfurl with delicate precision, orchids bloom in a symphony of creamy white, and verdant vines escape their textile confines, creeping into the dark, mysterious spaces between patterns. This is a scene where the organic geometry of paisley, long thought to represent a sprouting date palm or a wind-bent cypress, is literalised, creating a pattern that truly contains its own burgeoning garden.

This Modern Maximalist masterpiece is a natural fit for a distinguished living room, imbuing the space with a warm, spiced, and deeply layered ambience. Each mural is a bespoke creation, printed to the exact dimensions of your wall on our premium matt non-woven paste-the-wall paper, ensuring a flawless and enduring finish that brings this extraordinary botanical vision to life in your home.

Each mural is printed to the exact measurements you submit — width, height, and drop — then supplied as sequentially numbered panels, ready to hang in order. Paste system: standard overlap paste, seams pattern-matched. No trimming required.

We work with a trusted network of specialist paperhangers. At the order stage we can introduce a recommended installer in your area — or supply full installation notes for your own hanger.
